“West Wind”, Harbour Drive, George Town, Grand Cayman
The
project comprised the complete renovation of a four storey blockwork
clad steel framed office building built in the early 1970s. Located
across from the cruise passenger arrival terminal it was proposed
to transform the building into a high end luxury retail location,
catering principally to island visitors. The upper level office
spaces would be completely re-serviced and fitted out to meet
the needs and expectations of the contemporary workplace.
